    If you’re on the Essentials or Premium plan, you may also be eligible for immediate number replacements depending on the issue.

  • In most cases, we are able to pre-verify your account automatically.

    If manual verification is required, we’ll provide clear instructions along with a short form to complete.

     

    You may be asked to submit documentation such as a business license, reseller certificate, or a company-issued email address to confirm your status as a wireless industry professional.

     

    Once submitted, manual verification typically takes up to 24 hours.

  • In almost all cases, your order begins processing immediately after it is placed, which means refunds or cancellations are not possible once the number has been issued.

     

    For this reason, please make sure to:

     

    • Confirm your carrier is compatible

    • Select the correct delivery speed

    • Double-check your email address for delivery

     

    All sales are final once processing begins.

  • No. When using PortNumbers.com, you do not need to request a Transfer PIN from a carrier.

     

    We provide you with a ready-to-use Account Number and PIN that will remain valid through the number’s expiration. Unlike typical Transfer PINs that expire quickly, ours are active and ready for immediate use when submitting your port-in request.
